At the start of the new school year, the Grow in the Family Foundation hosted a warm, family-friendly shopping event in Kyiv. A total of 61 families took part, including 42 families supported by the Foundation and 17 families facing difficult life circumstances.

At the start of the new school year, the Grow in the Family Foundation hosted a warm, family-friendly shopping event in Kyiv. A total of 61 families took part, including 42 families supported by the Foundation and 17 families facing difficult life circumstances.

Each family was free to choose what they needed most: clothing and autumn footwear, hygiene products, SANE cosmetics, tableware, bed linen, toys, and other essentials for children and the home.

Families supported by the Foundation also received their monthly food packages. Since the school year had already begun, schoolchildren were also given stationery and backpacks.

School supplies were provided with the support of Tetrada LLC, the Bagland brand, and the Ye Take retail chain. We are grateful to our partners for supporting the families in our care.

For guardian families, this assistance helps meet some of their children’s everyday needs while easing the pressure on the family budget.

Back to School Drive

Every year before the new school year, thousands of guardian families face the challenge of getting children ready for school. Backpacks, school supplies, clothing, and shoes quickly become a major expense, especially for families raising orphaned children. This project helps children start the school year with confidence and the essentials they need.
