A Celebration of Joy and Children’s Creativity
At the beginning of the summer holidays, children in Kremenchuk enjoyed a warm celebration filled with activities, gifts, creativity, and genuine care.
The team of the “Growth in the Family” Foundation joined the event together with its partners: the Youth Happy Family NGO, the Kremenchuk Youth Parliament, Kiddisvit, and other local community organizations.
The Foundation’s coordinators and volunteers paid particular attention to orphaned children in the care of older relatives. Coordinators from the Poltava region invited 42 families raising 50 orphaned children to the celebration.
The children enjoyed fun activities, surprises, and gifts from Kiddisvit, as well as a creative art zone where every child could feel like a real artist.
With support from the Foundation, volunteers purchased paints, brushes, canvases, and easels so that every child could create their own picture. A professional artist guided and inspired the children, leading a workshop that introduced them to the magic of acrylic painting.
We sincerely thank Katia Petrenko and everyone who helped organize the day. Through this shared effort, an ordinary summer day became a celebration of joy, creativity, and warm memories for the children.
