Summer Adventures at Pilgrim Camp:

a week away for children from Lviv

New friends, sports competitions, quests, and evenings around the campfire — that’s what a week at Pilgrim Camp in Morshyn looked like for children supported by the Grow Up in a Family Foundation.

The trip for orphaned children from Lviv was organized as part of the Sunny Dreams project, which gives children in guardian families opportunities to travel, relax, and enjoy new experiences.

The children had a full program. Sports, relay races, quests, and workshops alternated with new friendships and evenings around the campfire. They learned to be more independent, made friends, and simply enjoyed their summer holidays.

Participants had comfortable accommodation, three meals a day, and ongoing support from mentors.

We thank the New Life religious community for giving the children a week of rest, new friendships, and joyful memories.
