Sunny Dreams in Action

Sunny Dreams began turning into real experiences for children—journeys, new places, and warm memories.

The Sunny Dreams project launched in April with support from MEGOGO, the Foundation’s main partner. By hosting the fundraiser on its platforms and with the help of donors, MEGOGO helped orphaned children enjoy a brighter summer.

Forty-six orphaned children and their guardians traveled across the Poltava region. They visited Poltava and Dykanka, as well as the National Museum-Reserve of Ukrainian Pottery in Opishne.

‍

During the trip, the children learned about the history of pottery, viewed both traditional and modern clay works, and met artisans who preserve the craft. They also saw architectural landmarks and historic sites and became more familiar with Ukrainian culture.

This was more than a trip. It was an important step in supporting the children’s spiritual and cultural education.

‍

For most families like these, such journeys are a rare opportunity. That is why the “Growth in the Family” Foundation launched a fundraiser for excursions and summer camps for orphaned children.
