Right now, I’m proud of what we have already achieved. For me, these results are remarkable. We have a strong team that keeps adapting and growing, and every one of us truly cares about the work we do. I believe the challenges we face push both the foundation and me personally to grow to a new level. Most of all, I believe that the children we support today will grow up to contribute to society and help shape a better future for Ukraine.

Whenever I manage to help someone, I feel joy and a sense of happiness because something good has happened in another person’s life and one of their dreams has come true. It is an incredible feeling to be part of someone else’s joy. I believe that in five years the foundation will operate across every region of Ukraine and have a strong team of passionate, capable people who know how to deliver great projects for children and young people. And anyone who truly needs the support of the “Grow in Family” Foundation will be able to receive it.

The Bible says, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” And it’s true: helping others brings a sense of joy, fulfillment, and purpose. These are the moments worth living for, when you see the happy faces of those you’ve helped.

In five years, I see the foundation as a leading voice in Ukraine’s charitable sector, with a united, well-coordinated team working as one effective force. What has stayed with me most over the years is seeing children grow and watching smiles appear on the faces of grandmothers and grandfathers. No number or metric can truly capture those moments, but they are what make our work meaningful.

These are the moments when you feel part of something bigger than yourself, and they inspire you to keep doing good. When I see the smiles of grandmothers and grandfathers, I know I am exactly where I am meant to be. Even if I had never been invited to join the team, I would still have kept volunteering.

This is a team of strong, influential people helping shape social change in Ukraine. Their work goes beyond individual initiatives: they build systemic solutions at the national level, engage public institutions, and help create lasting change today and for future generations.

When major businesses invest in charity, it is no longer just a trend. It is part of a broader shift toward long-term social responsibility. As this culture grows, so does the foundation’s ability to create meaningful impact.
